However one of my friends informed me that site supervisor only follows plan drawings and colour selection document and not the things that are added to the quote/tender so asked me to make sure everything which is in the quote does reflect in your plans as well. Is that correct? I am worried that there are lots of things which we've upgraded or bought but that are not showing or can't be shown in the plan/drawings. e.g. flyscreens to windows, insulation to the ceiling etc. would these type of things be missed if these don't exist in plan/drawings but exist in the quote?
