I was told by the real estate agent that our land will register is 6-12 weeks time. We have the house design ready from our architect. I would like to get the survey and Geotech done so we can get fixed price quote for the build.
Assuming the developer provides access to the estate, is it possible to get survey and geotech done BEFORE the lot registers? I read somewhere that some are able to do this. But I'm curious if the land hasn't been registered, how would the surveyors determine the boundaries? Are there any other drawbacks (in terms of having to get something again AFTER the land registers)?
