They are arguing that “existing” ground level was the basis. Since the site was cut by 300mm, up to 1800 + 300mm will be compliant. The tank is 1900mm + 150mm slab is within the range of what is compliant. This should just be based on finished ground level. I don’t understand why existing ground level was used.
