Just wondering how much height needs to be factored in for support and timber to allow for running aircon ducts etc while using hebel floor. . Would anyone who has it installed this product as a flooring system be able to confirm how many mm needs to be factored on to overall heights. Floor system is 75mm for hebel, just after a total mm measurement that would be safe to go with. Some will go 240mm but you then have to drop ceilings for plumbing under the I joists Would also like an opinion from anyone that has used xcem over hebel for floors.
