Have read a few design guidelines from stocklands that mention triple garages are not permitted to be visible from the street with lots that have under 20 m Frontage. Is this something that if the home potentially was a wide home and did not have garage dominance could be approved? Or three years down the track could I add a third garage because realistically speaking I highly doubt compliance management will be in operation 3 to 5 years down the track.
