Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Sep 07, 2020 8:00 pm Would appreciate some feedback / thoughts based upon position and size of pool (7m x 3.8m) in attached diagram, on what things we should be requesting. Pool will be Solar Heating, Salt, but unsure of things such as - Tile or Quartz - Depths - Stair or Swim Out Position - Feedback on Tiles (pavers) that are not slippery around Pool - inbuilt pool cover Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Adding a pool into a new home build 2Sep 07, 2020 8:18 pm We are also planning the pool but it's like pool coming inside. Because it's a wider block and does not have enough length. Did not research about details yet. I thought there are two types fibre glass and concrete. Fibre glass is cheap but comes in a regular shape. One of my friend got 3.8x6 pool with glass balustrade for 40k installed. I had no idea. you could build a pool on an easement. How much are we talking about if it was a sewer easement?
