Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.
I am interested in a connect home ( almost finished non-customisable Eden Brae home) . I have a query regarding up/down lights on the facade and exterior of the house as well as video intercom. The external walls or facade pillars do not have any wires or cables provisioned for the exterior lighting/intercom. Will it be possible for the sparky to locate/extend the wiring n install all exterior n facade lightings after handover? Will they be able to drop wiring along the pillars from the roof or something like that and drill through the bricks to get the wiring out? I do not want the wiring to be exposed along any wall or ceiling, all should be completely hidden.
We also want ceiling fans for the rooms and extra downlights but there are no noggins or extra downlight wiring provisioned in any of the floors. I understand that any down light/noggins for the first floor would be easier for the sparky to install but how difficult will it be for the ground floor? Or is it not possible at all to insert any of the lights/ fans, external facade lighting or video intercom as the wirings are not provisioned?
Any help regarding these issues will be really helpful, TIA
