We purchased a 2 story townhouse in a 9-unit development, we bought it during off-plan stage 2 years ago and now it is being built. We walked pass the site yesterday and noticed a few things that we are unsure about. Not sure if we just being paranoid, keen to hear your thoughts, thanks a lot! 1. the frame for the garage space in our unit is thinner than the units next to us. We are unit 2, you can see below that the frames used in unit 1 and 7 are all thicker. What people usually do to ensure building quality? can we ask for inspection during the build (rather than walking pass and observe from outside of the site)?
