I wish I can go even higher but can't due to estate regulations. I can't remember how much more it cost but the jump from 2.7m to 3m was pretty significant. Cost also depends on the size of your house. Personally I think if I could do over I'd have gone with 3.2m for ground floor and 2.5m for the first floor. Hi.
