No doubt there are a lot of happy customers however my experience with them once the handover has taken place and they have the money in their account has been very poor to say the least. Poor workmanship, non existent customer service, as above we had the issue with the microwave they supplied turning on by itself which is a fire hazard and all they said was you are outside of your 6 month warranty, talk to the supplier. Every time there is a fault they come back with the line that its 'within spec' e.g. staircase coloring we chose a mahogany stain from their brochure and they provided us with an orange staircase (11k spent) Now Sliding doors worth 2.5k have a distinct line down the middle and we were told that there is nothing they can do about it (no refund for supplying a faulty product). I don't know of any other business that is happy to take peoples money and not provide what they paid for.
