Before a demolition for a knock down rebuild, has anyone tried to sell whatever they can from the existing house?
If so, what were you able to sell?
I recall reading a build journey somewhere and they mentioned they sold as much as they could before demolition.

Don't be scared to just put it ALL on facebook marketplace & gumtree, and see who gets interested, you'll be surprised at what people can take out and take away. Put things at low prices just to get someone to take.Here's some of my list:

Did you take a picture of each room say that everything can go or did you Los everything individually? With things like doors and whatnot, I'm guess you can only sell those on the day if demolition? Cheers sorry just saw this. I took individual pictures and had individual ads on fb marketplace. It was a bit of a hassle but i got over 3k. Yes doors are a bit risky to sell well in advance. In my case i had some people walk through my house after because it had no front door for about 2 weeks before it was demolished Go onto your councils website .
