As we slowly go through all the issues with our house we seem to come across more and more problems, like a building lasagna.
Looking through all the photos it appears and please tell me if I am wrong but for the brick work there should be a typical edge beam of 150mm all the way around the house.
Of course not in certain areas but if the concreter didn't do an edge beam what is the brick sitting on?

Correct, Load bearing walls require edge thickening or edge beams Check your Engineering Drawings/Details...hope your photos match with what is Certified?
