That doesn’t include fencing or tile surrounds. We did originally want a fibreglass pool as they are apparently easier to keep clean and heat but we’re putting it between the house and side boundary so needed to be concrete. We haven’t started digging yet so not sure what surprises are lurking beneath! We're looking at a 10x3 pool and spa beside house too (building with TA). We've had some big pool quotes come back.
