Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 17, 2020 3:39 pm Our site has a small fall on it (appox. 0.8m drop diagonally back to front) and the builders we've talked to seem more interested in filling and doing drop or step edge beams rather than cutting in and leveling the site. When i query it the response is usually it will be very expensive. I'm tempted now to just sort this myself and get the retaining walls in before a builder gets there.
