Re: Building a Sekisui house Now Holmesville 963Nov 02, 2016 9:19 am Oh no! Not sure if we have same supplier but one side of our splashback has to be remade as well, apparently does not fit properly when they tried the first time. However, they delivered and reinstalled one day AFTER handover as promised. so all good in the end. Hope yours will be sorted as quick or if not better. Bank valuation to be attended and all going to plan 10 days to handover. Now just have to organise to get my tiles up from Sydney I am so excited I can't wait to see them laid. Busy month ahead starting to pack and clean the house trying to minimize time paying full mortgage and rent. Can anyone recommend any good removalists? sekisui build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060&p=1573965#p1573965 Building a sekisui house in Holmesville NSW viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060 Re: Building a Sekisui house Now Holmesville 971Nov 07, 2016 8:05 pm OMG i was only just thinking about you this morning ... I will be having another good look through on Wednesday so hopefully I will get some lovely photos. sekisui build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060&p=1573965#p1573965 Building a sekisui house in Holmesville NSW viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060 Re: Building a Sekisui house Now Holmesville 974Nov 07, 2016 9:57 pm Hmm thats abit annoying but at least you get another turn on Wednesday. This week electrician on site yesterday to return on Monday to finish off. Painters been back however need to return in the next week prior to PCI/Handover, aircon motor in, water tank in. Site rubbish removed fence and portaloo to be removed early next week. Splash back hoping to be installed tomorrow whicv SS says will be the 3rd one to come in for install, no wonder mirror splash backs are so expensive when they get chipped or scratched etc. Next week flyscreens to be installed and the final touch ups of paint etc to be completed. This time next week we will be on the eve of handover feels so surreal. Bank valuation done today as well. Lets hope everything alligns for a smooth handover process. sekisui build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060&p=1573965#p1573965 Building a sekisui house in Holmesville NSW viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060 Re: Building a Sekisui house Now Holmesville 979Nov 11, 2016 4:13 am Sounds like you have a nice run now to PCI with most stuff organised!
