We decided to go with safe house for the first inspection. Our concerns we have noted, looks like slab has been cut on step down and reinforcement showing. Exposed reinforcement isn't something I would appreciate seeing either. Best of Luck with the Inspection. It sounds amazing in theory but really only eliminates a small aspect of pool maintenence for a great expense.
