Make sure you are 100% thorough and don't sign until you are happy with it. We got conned into signing after Variation 7. "We can change that easily after.." they said. Not so. Everything is a hassle and costs more. Do I have to wait another 3 weeks? Do they charge you to fix their mistake? No will not charge to fix their mistakes but they may try so just put it back on them and yes it very well may take another 3 weeks. I know when we got them to amend their own error it took us another 3 weeks to get the correct site plan back. https://www.homeone.com.au/member/bribiebell Yep sorry to be bearer of bad news but we were same as Bribie 3weeks to fix things even if their error quite frustrating ... Oh my goodness, your joking.. they suck!!! It was a few simple requests!!!! Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9004Jul 03, 2017 9:34 pm StephLee H Family Build Ahhhh, that's such a pain! Looks like I will find out on Friday at our tile appointment with National Tiles... guess il have to decide on a back up option just in case /quote] We are with national tiles - we went promenade griege Matt I think it is in the 450x450 and didn't get any extra charge. Selection was last year though and rules can definitely change with coral! viewtopic.php?f=31&t=85653&p=1642230#p1642230 Oh, thank you for that! I guess I will see what happens.. are they able to give you an estimate on pricing at the appointment or do you have to wait for Coral to process it and get back to you..? So sorry for my slow reply - I broke my phone so had to wait for it all to be fixed!! Have you had your tile appointment yet? The only extra costs we got at our tile appointment were for our marble splashback and marble niches in the shower - national was able to work out that cost right then and there for us viewtopic.php?f=31&t=85653&p=1642230#p1642230 Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9005Jul 03, 2017 9:36 pm H Family Build StephLee H Family Build Ahhhh, that's such a pain! When I look at all or structural mods and the cost overall of the build vs some metricon and wisdom homes with the upgraded as on display prices- we would have been better going with another builder where not so much structural modification was necessary C U S T O M. I was just on the Boral bricks website and really like the "Buff" colour but not sure if this is standard or extra. Also if anyone knows what standard bricks are included that would be awesome!
