Mr 'T' got straight on it and asked WTH is going on... He told he wants an answer today. Called my broker to see if they could get their inspectors in beforehand. They can't do anything. They must have a copy of the occ. Cert. Or the banks will do nothing.. We don't have time for this crap! HTB has assessment due for school, we have a family friend coming down on the 19th and I have booked in all the stuff that needs to get done for the house!!!!
