Re: Building in Spring Farm anyone??? 850Mar 19, 2013 12:00 pm Anyone know the restrictions for fencing? I was told by my neighbour's builder who is organising their fence it can only be mini screen colorbond or lapped timber. Can anyone confirm? As Fencing conteactors have told me we can have standard profile colorbond.. Re: Building in Spring Farm anyone??? 851Mar 19, 2013 12:31 pm Hi Day Dreamer Yes, that's right. Part of the design guidelines is that we can either have lapped (not capped) timber, or the new mini-screen Colourbond in Riversand. I love how quite riverside is and really looking forward to moving in and having great neighbours. Everyone we have met so far have been fantastic so there is a real sense of community already which is all you could ask for Re: Building in Spring Farm anyone??? 859Mar 21, 2013 12:48 pm WOW Hobbitized, almost lock-up stage, that's awesome!
