I am not facing the bridge st however my builder has still requested for it. I will ask crownland to send me a copy. Do you k ow if any of our lots requires additional stuff done as a result of acoustic report. Appreciate your help. Thx Re: Grange Avenue Schofields - Burawa Rise Development 825Apr 26, 2016 1:43 pm Yes, I had to do additional insulation for windows and doors, not major though. Whether you or not depends on if your lot is impacted by rail noise. Report should be able to tell you. I've created a new Facebook group for people building in Schofields. There are so many new developments going on, I thought it would be nice to get everyone in one "room" so to speak, to share experiences and ask questions etc. I'll copy and paste this message in to the several Schofields build threads on this forum, to try and get a lot of people involved. Apart from new residents, it is also obviously open to current residents of Schofields. The URL is https://www.facebook.com/groups/1670810913184641/ - The group is called "The Schofields Local". Hope to see you there. Then the lot disappeared as if somebody bought that package. Now I see it is being sold just as land. What's wrong with this lot? Did not realize the fees have been paid already. Will check and confirm. Re: Grange Avenue Schofields - Burawa Rise Development 831May 12, 2016 11:07 pm You might want to check with Council. Council have recently updated their computer system and a number of residents were advised that there was an issue with their rate payments. Re: Grange Avenue Schofields - Burawa Rise Development 832May 13, 2016 5:51 am Checked with council, they said though settlement papers shows rates been paid it wouldn't have been passed onto the council. Check with your solicitor and advice them to clear it. Re: Grange Avenue Schofields - Burawa Rise Development 834May 17, 2016 10:24 am @vinraj81: Take a pic of the Council notification letter and send it to the developer and cc your solicitor/conveyancer as well as their conveyancers. Developers only pay the Council once they find out that the Council has sent the notices to the new owners. Re: Grange Avenue Schofields - Burawa Rise Development 838May 18, 2016 8:59 pm surja Guys what is standard front side back and rear side back at schofields 5.5m to garage, 4.5m to the front, however balcony (articulation area) may protrude 1.5m from the front (so set back to it 3m), 4m to the back, however the first floor should be 6m, 0.95m on sides, however, if there is the first floor it is about 1.2m However, there could be such things as "rules of estate" and in estates the rules could be either stricter or, typically, more lenient.
