Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Anyone building at Eden Grange Riverstone? 821Feb 07, 2014 10:09 am Kimmid, I am excited by the message "We are expecting the Subdivision Certificate to be issued within a fortnight and lodgement with the Titles Office to happen at the same time. We expect registration in the last weeks of March". We might not have to make use of this letter then. EBH, we know you have been reading the messages in this forum. Re: Anyone building at Eden Grange Riverstone? 822Feb 07, 2014 10:14 am thats great news Kimmid & Rizan, apparently we did not receive any communication from EBH regarding land registration. Not sure whats holding up them to write us, may be we were last one to sign the contract in stage 1 for lot 61. Re: Anyone building at Eden Grange Riverstone? 823Feb 07, 2014 10:16 am here is a reply from EBH "The emails are going to all clients today." I am assuming for all stage 1 clients. Re: Anyone building at Eden Grange Riverstone? 825Feb 07, 2014 10:33 am As you are aware, we have had delays in the registration of your land and we understand you concern regarding timing, the fixed pricing and changes that may have occurred with the levels on some of the land. It is true that the house has increased in price over the period of time since contract signing, however, Eden Brae management has decided there will be no increase in this price for you. We are expecting the Subdivision Certificate to be issued within a fortnight and lodgement with the Titles Office to happen at the same time. We expect registration in the last weeks of March. As you are aware, we are now lodging Building Applications with Blacktown Council and approvals should be received prior to land settlement allowing us to commence construction once you have settled on your land and have finance available. We are currently organising a no charge variation to you amending the contract site start date. We will also be amending all homes to include gas installation and NBN at no charge (if this has not already been completed in your tender previously). Re: Anyone building at Eden Grange Riverstone? 826Feb 07, 2014 10:35 am Maria_k I received this email as well! stating by the end of March construction will begin, lets hope this is for real this time I didn't receive the information on construction commencement to be March, but the land settlement to take place in March.
