So much progress has been made in the past month! We couldn't believe how much work has been done and all of the houses that are up! It looked great...we took a little drive around each street to see the progress on the houses...they look fabulous!!! He did say it would be with council last Friday and to call him Monday last time I asked though... Which Lot are you on (I'm guessing 5111)? I'm building with Eden Brae. Re: Building in Spring Farm anyone??? 830Mar 13, 2013 10:40 am There's going to be a lot of Eden Brae in Rosecomb, I think there's already 5 underway in the Stage 32 part of the road. We're building a Lawson with the Riviera facade, but brick columns instead of wood (they aren't charging any extra for the change either). Yeah, everything is picked out and sorted, just waiting for the land to settle basically. They were working on the assumption of a March start, but that is essentially impossible now so hoping for April. We are building in Riverside. Over the past 12 months we have been at down there early mornings, during the day, afternoons and early night. We have never been able to smell the tip. Re: Building in Spring Farm anyone??? 838Mar 15, 2013 2:44 pm Hi Alana_N_Paul I have been working in the area for around 5 years delivering to about 90% of the houses in Spring farm in the early days the tip was a bit of a problem but they have cleaned it up of late and i've been there in all conditions and weather and in the last 2 or so haven't come across any issues with the smell.
