I think you're right about it being Aussie loans. It's been 9 months since our contract sign and my memory is getting foggy on the details. BTW, which finish package did you go with for your urban terrace if you don't mind me asking? We went with Domain for our UT. We went with Seasoned Oak, the one that has the green wall paper...we did not have the luxury of seeing the display homes before we signed the contract to see what the colours actually look like when applied to the house...so sorta chosed based on what was printed in the brochure and the small samples they had in the sales centre..all finish packages had something that we did not like and we ended up choosing seasoned oak as that had the most colour combinations we liked...however not a big fan of the green wall paper and once we move in and settle we might do some changes later on.. I think you made a good choice with seasoned oak. It seems to be a popular colour with other buyers. It would have been difficult not having the display homes available at the time. That's why we went with the domain because we could see how it looks. I'm hoping ours will match with the outside of the house since it supposed to have a bit of a medium brown facade. Have you heard when there launching stage 63, which is the stretch along Richmond Rd? Domain is a good choice....I have it as well....less cleaning as tiles are dark and in kitchen dark colored cabinets stand out Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 803Jul 02, 2016 2:03 pm jimbk did any one receive the email for new release ? Hi jimbk I don't think so but I'm not 100% sure. I wouldn't be surprised if they hadn't because it seems they're spacing the new releases out a bit further than what they did in 2015. It was one heck of a building project and I can only imagine what it is like to manage the multitude of trades to get things done on time. Frasers seem to be doing well and the next release should be coming soon? Yes, domain is good too..after having seen the display units I wish the seasoned oak had dark tiles too, especially for the alfresco...anyways, gotta be satisfied with what we have for now... Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 806Jul 03, 2016 1:33 am I used to receive emails from fraser when the new releases were out but have not received anything for the new release...any idea as to whether the previous release is fully sold or do they still have any left? Would be good to see a price list of the latest release too if anyone can get hold of one... Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 807Jul 03, 2016 7:10 am Thanks for providing the info mntndwn Like DASI, I used to get the emails from Frasers when new releases were coming up. I'm curious why that didn't happen since I'm also a Prosperity member. Anyway, I suspect the Voque that will be the first house on the corner will be the one over a $ million? I like its layout. Cheers all Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 808Jul 03, 2016 7:50 am Yes i guess so, that seems like the one to attract a million dollars in this current release based on land size, house size etc...I wonder how much of the Ashlar Collection still remains... Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 809Jul 03, 2016 8:44 am There seems to be 3 houses left in the ashlar collection, that are on realestate.com.au. One is under offer. https://m.realestate.com.au/project-fai ... -600010206 Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 811Jul 04, 2016 2:38 pm Hi Binca, Not yet recieved their monthly update email. However, i emailed customer service to enquire about my door and in that email i asked as to when they think my house will be completed because there is a fair bit more to be done. They replied saying estimated completion is mid to late august. This is just for my house. In another note as mntndwn mentioned those teel colour doors are the way it comes from the factory and it will be painted to the one that is shown in the floor plan later on Another fyi, they confirmed that we will have to settle in 5 to 10 days after pre settlement inspection...i know some people had more time but i think the timelines are now changed...so in other words when they contact us to book in psi and bank valuation we need to start arranging for finance if we have not yet done so by that point... Will post here if i recieve the monthly update. Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 812Jul 04, 2016 6:05 pm Hi Dasi, Thank you for sharing all the information. Good to know they were ready to tell you an approximate time of settlement. It's hard to believe that it could be august as they have so much left to do? I was thinking it could be September for us?? What do you think?
