We have been living with light cream carpet for 9 years and ive hard enough of stressing about the kids staining it!!! We are the same I have asked heaps of people and apparently with kids it's the best colour. Plus I think it's going to look stunning with that flooring you have chosen. How funny. I haven't seen anyone else use Stone Beige bricks. Great minds I think you have used Sublime Teak for your cabinetry and Osprey for your benches as well, we have that combo for all our cabinetry and love it. Looking forward to watching your build. Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 94Oct 04, 2016 12:04 pm NicMac03 Yes we have had a few. Each time we go there are a couple ripe and ready to eat. Ruby is already planning on having a mulberry stall out the front! I used to make mulberry pies when i was younger. Our mulberry tree was quite old/huge! I know your thread well Manderinne! Hubby and i loved your place and your choices so we may have copied just a bit We didnt realise we chose the same brick until recently. Isnt it funny how some people have the same tastes. The lady we had for our colour appiontment loved the grey tiles with the sublime teak in the bathrooms, she said she was excited Hope you are enjoying your lovely home, hopefully ours will take shape soon! Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 96Oct 06, 2016 10:37 am Finally exchanged contracts on our house!! Settlement is 9th of Nov so i will have a couple of weeks to get our construction loan finalised before the 21st of Nov which is the date we should be ready to begin the build. Still havent heard if our plans have been sent to council yet, they have now been with the certifiers/town planners for a month. Waiting, waiting, waiting and checking my email 100 times a day! Now i offically need to pack up our house! Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 97Oct 06, 2016 2:10 pm How exciting! Happy packing! Hope you get your council approval soon too. Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 98Oct 06, 2016 2:11 pm Congrats Nic... In my opinion, that is a tight deadline between settlement and loan finalising...make sure you got the ducks lined-up when it is time... Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 99Oct 06, 2016 2:17 pm I know its tighter than i would of liked!!! Have told the mortgage broker we need to be organised! We have conditional approval so im hoping it wont take too long to get unconditional as selling the house was the condition. Tried to get a quicker settlement but they couldnt do it. Fingers crossed!! Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 15036 Hi so sorry for the late reply. I already contacted them and they wouldn't tell me instead they tried to get me to talk to one of their home coordinators and I'm not… 2 6146 of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 24586 |
