Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 83Aug 17, 2015 8:48 pm Hi Vino, what's happening with yours? Yes I am really hoping they will finish it quicker than that. Today we had different chippy's who did the frame upstairs, there was 5 or 6 young guys, and looks like they got a lot done. Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 84Aug 18, 2015 8:46 pm Hi, Contract booked for next week and Admin says end of Sept start. Pool permit should be here by end of week too so hopefully start asap. Trying to figure out how the kids are going to take seeing a pool but not being allowed to swim in it Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 85Aug 18, 2015 10:43 pm Pool going in is exciting, but it's not actually appealing to swim in with all the dirt around it. I think the hard bit will be at handover and landscaping, then waiting for the permit before you can swim in it. Did you sort out the void cover? Are you going to start your own thread, I'd love to watch your progress too. Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 91Aug 21, 2015 3:07 pm Oh frame is looking good. Agree though, a bit concerning about the gaps . Will keenly await what your SS says about that. Is that 2nd pic showing the study window? I see a small side window, I don't recall that on our plans. Looking at the pool through those windows - what a great plan Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 92Aug 21, 2015 3:13 pm Looking good conifers! The cracks are concerning! I'll be checking mine too! That's the kitchen or butlers splash back window. I'll find one of the study and show you. Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 96Aug 22, 2015 5:05 am Conifers Vino0512 Oh frame is looking good. Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 98Aug 22, 2015 10:20 pm Yay, another south easterner , will be following with great interest as well. Oh is your council still monash? I also apply for a 1m dispo to eliminate the need of a $4k retaining wall at the back of the house, might just scrape that and safe my $500 . Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 99Aug 22, 2015 10:21 pm Just want to share my findings, http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/dandenon ... 1079705495 Had quite a a few good reviews from past customer and the cheapest strand woven bamboo for $45 supply and installed, but since 600x600 porcelain tiles has been what we are passionate about, have decided to give this guy a go, http://www.sriimports.com.au/whatsnew.php $55 for 600x600 gloss polished porcelain supply and installed and delivered, really keen to see how the quality of the workmanship are . As a comparison, MV charge us around $24k to have 600x600 while this cost around $8k. ps, I have no affiliation with any of the above, just thought might be useful seeing u're doing the flooring after. |
