style master really get cracking you must be thrilled. That's a good point with roller blinds, you don't want to spoil your view. The ladies at curtain wonderland where really helpful, I think I'm going to do double hung roller blinds to the living areas but wanted to see the brackets and nothing was a issue for them. Quick blinds online have great prices too. I agree with the research I spent hour looking online and it made my choice a lot easier. I got mine from beacon up at home maker centre, ( 3 pendants for over the kitchen bench) the lighting super store is up there too, there is a lighting store on Brisbane rd that's supposed to be quite good and surprisingly enough freedom at the brick works ( I loved the freedom ones but mr tribe canned them) lighting in the box website is really good too. I'm considering a different pendant from there for our front entry.

Great progress again for today, (so jealous ) I had a look at lighting illusions on line they have a huge range I was very impressed. You have prompted me to look into our lighting as we where getting our ceiling fans/ fan lights and pendants hung after hand over. After speaking with Metricon today they are going to do them now as a part of our build and it worked out to only be $100 extra, and far easier for us. Yay. Any idea on what your after for your pendants?

Woo hoo that's great you got all your lighting another tick off the list for you. Ohhhh I love the concrete pendants they will look so fancy with your white cabinets and stone. Ohh nice the render looks lovely against the dark roof tiles too, you have some lovely contrasts going on with your home jlc. Wow mid April is so close you will blink and will be moving it.
