They just replied back saying no its too late coz construction started..... I went back a pretty firm email telling them I didn't ask them to start construction. And that they said until I sign the drawings that they wont start. And that I believe the drawings are still wrong I just didn't pick up on it. and I wont be signing them until that change is done. Why do they have to b difficult. Im so angry..... Email your admin and inform them that you are intending on pulling out of the contract unless this can be solved asap. Ask to speak straight away to her manager. thats what I did. Re: Our New Build - Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - Slabing (i th 85Sep 27, 2012 11:27 am I dont know if they think i'm stupid or they are acting dumb. coz they replied back saying they have spoken to management and they can make these changes but we need to sign the drawings and the PCVs that we have first before they raise a new variation. Like hell they are, they just want to charge me a PCV fee.. So i said i'm not signing an incorrect document and considering we signed our original contract back mid june and we've waited that long, they can wait until they finalise the drawings... Seriously WTF????????????? I would still again ring your admin and request that her manager call you back by close of business tomorrow, otherwise you have lost all faith in Henley and you will not be proceeding any further. Re: Our New Build - Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - Slabing (i th 87Sep 27, 2012 12:24 pm And here i thought everything was going reasonably well (except for the delays). I will wait and see what their response is now and if they continue to make it an issue, i'll escalate it to their management. I was so shocked.. I was expecting easter BUT CHRISTMAS!!!!!! now i'm not holding my breath because i'm sure it will be delayed but It would be great if its in the new year.. I want to move in while the weather is still nice to have a nice housewarming BBQ.. hahaha.. Just means we have to get moving on organising quotes for our handover stuff like blinds, landscaping, wardrobes..
