I hope it doesnt cost you too much!! How long has your house taken from site cut until now?? Seems so fast!! They started our site cut on the 13th of October and the slab was down the next day and then left it for two weeks.... so the actual house started at the end of October so i think it has gone really fast Emily and James.....Building with J G King Caraway 145- Our Beautiful First Little Home Site Cut Started on 13th of October 2009 Re: Our Little Home (Caraway) Photo Heavy 83Feb 02, 2010 4:08 pm Wow, thats really fast!! Are you packed?? Yeah im not too keen on spiders either and especially ones that are so deadly.... Our drain was put into our contract price and it was around $300 but it will cost us extra due to the fact that they hit rock while doing it so it better work at keeping the water away from the house or it will be a huge waste of money.... No not packed yet... most of our home things haven't been used as this is our first time living out of home so its just all our clothes and stuff out of our room but there is still so much stuff that we have to move but at least it is already in boxes.... Is it normal that it takes this long to put on down pipes? It's all there it just hasn't been put on the house yet... Also I drove past the house today and the tilers were there in our ensuite so I think they were working on the shower tiles on the floor but I don't think that we will get to go out and have a look at the house tonight especially if it rains. All our floor tiles are down and they look amazing we are really happy with the way they have turned out and our bath is still sitting in our lounge room not sure when that is going to be put in and we still have NO downpipes they are sitting in our master bedroom... The site supervisor did tell us though that the house will be finished by the end of Feb but then they will have to do all the quality assessment and do all the finishing touches on it afterward meaning that we prob wont be in until the middle of March.... He said the main thing that held us up is that they couldn't get the tiler in as soon as they would have liked as he was held up at another job Anyway here are the pics that I took... Enjoy!!!!
