We have Sapphire inclusions so maybe sheen is included with that? Pretty sure sheen is not standard with Sapphire in QLD.. But it only costs about $350 to upgrade to sheen in the whole house. Heidimikew can probably confirm that amount. Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 7705May 24, 2015 9:19 pm Cat83 Having a nightmare at the moment, just seems to be one thing after another. Signing off our final paperwork as finally going to site but have noticed that all our PCV's are not accurate and pricing is completely wrong. I've even been double charged on some items and others which I have not added in have been put in for me. Went into Clarendon offices to speak face to face with our cso who could not justify the pricing, she had to cal the estimators who also did not see how the invoices did not tally. Result after 2 and a half hours of meetings is to wait and review on Monday, i'm hoping it is all resolved quickly as our tender is to expire on the 16th June. If it was a few hundred I could understand, but its now more that $28,000 worth of non calculated additional costs. Don't know whether to laugh or cry at this point... for example I've been charged for flooring when floor coverings are included in my house contract and also for additions relating to a bushfire rating 19 (which we are not) as well as bushfire rating 12. Cat don't worry exactly the same thing happens to us and I just was just there worst night mare demand answers on the spot if they can't justify then the have to fix it I would call every half an hour to the minute even went there one day and said I was not leaving till I had answers this worked well and now we are building and our site supervisor hates me cause I call everyday To ask y things are not happening when nothing has happened that day as I go there everyday and since being persistent can be very annoying it makes them get thing done I'm sure everything will be ok. Soon enough good luck! Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 7706May 24, 2015 9:20 pm Cat83 Having a nightmare at the moment, just seems to be one thing after another. We have to have it on our estate anyway. Actually we can't see posts or rails with our lapped fence. I stand corrected that the bad side is where you see the "rails". We actually paid an extra $600 for our side fence so both of us have the "good side" and as mentioned neither of us see the posts or rails. We are currently getting our fence painted and it's already starting to look amazing! I have hired a lovely older man that is charging me $150 per day and it should take 4 days to do all four fences. I'll take some pics for you. Built a Fairmont 35 in Pennant Hills.
