Had to work half the day today and then head to house afterwards too do some wall paper. Got a couple of photos of the floor finished (minus the beading around the edges), and wallpaper in DD's room.

Re: Re: Commodore Homes, Whiteman Edge: Wallpaper 769May 05, 2013 9:56 pm The wife had done the Master bedroom today (picture below). We're currently looking for liquid limestone companies, to get some of that laid down the front, and sides of our house and a section for a shed at the back. So if anyone knows any good companies that our value for money, feel free to mention them. Make sure you out pipes down side to back for retic etc Not sure bout companies we need to get lots quotes once we closer moving in and work out how much we need. A friend told me to make sure you either get it driveway thickness and/or with mesh in it. Re: Re: Commodore Homes, Whiteman Edge: Wallpaper 771May 05, 2013 10:32 pm Yes we have the whole master bedroom black with the ensuite and the toilet and the theatre room is black. the theatre room will have a black and gold feature wallpaper. We don't mind the colour black I know a lot of people don't like to do it, but we're risk takers and I think it looks good so far. Yeah I just realise I may have to wait until we get our retic installed and I am ordering limestone blocks now to get the garden bed retaining walls up. before I call the landscaping company out to do their bit so may have to hold off on the liquid limestone for another month damn it. We wanted our air con installed and wanted to sit it on the liquid limestone down the side of the house. It's such a big jigsaw puzzle! Re: Re: Commodore Homes, Whiteman Edge: Wallpaper 772May 05, 2013 10:38 pm Im going to get the zebra wallpaper too ... either putting in the master or kitchen !!! Im a bit of a animal print freak!! I have just had Rhys Concreting located south of perth do my liquid limestone and i am totally rapt with the job. A team of fine young men with sense of humour who quoted at the allocated time and turned up on the arranged day. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Price was NOT the cheapest but then again it wasnt the dearest either... They were very reasonable BUT gave a very first class service which could easily have dictated a higher charge. The liquid limestone is on the backburners atm but I am trying to get everything organised asap, so I can get the liquid limestone down, I want to nullify the sand factor ASAP. especially as Winter is coming. Our carpets were installed today, we were meant to have the Antenna guy come out between 4-6pm to install 6 points for us. He rang up to say tomorrow, but I don't think it will be tomorrow with this kind of weather going on. So Annoyed finding it impossible to find a fridge to fit the fridge space area. when I asked C-homes to make overhead cabinets they made the overhead cupboard above the fridge at 1750 now that my floors are installed I can only get a fridge that is no taller than 1730 high, and most fridges that are a metre wide are over 1750mm widest fridge I can find is 890 wide and I have a 1035 wide space. Grrrr. Re: Re: Commodore Homes, Whiteman Edge: Wallpaper 778May 10, 2013 11:43 am Melq we saw a zebra canvas picture thats entirely black and white at fantastic furniture will match the master bedroom wallpaper perfectly on another wall thinking about getting it. Re: Re: Commodore Homes, Whiteman Edge: Wallpaper 779May 10, 2013 12:55 pm Fridge is ment to stick out a bit so the doors can open Thank you again Simeon.. I will call my certifier for that. Have a good day 4 20210 Hello, We are about to build and the plans show a part of the exterior wall is being built on top of a limestone retaining wall. Does this mean the retaining wall will… 0 17097 looks ok to me, round logs retaining walls are better than sleeper walls, more even preservative treatment and stronger since they include the whole tree and not just part… 1 8155 |
