Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 641Mar 16, 2015 6:27 pm The lake works will not be an issue in accordance to the VPA as long as Cornish throw down a security deposit to cover all the things not currently completed for the VPA. And if they are advising a possibly April registration id say that's what they will do. Then our blocks can be registered without the works complete and once they do complete the lake works council will return the security deposits. That was all stated in the last Cornish update. Hopefully the lake works continue strong either way and our land gets damn registered. We may be in before Christmas if it regisyers April/may, if not, before Christmas will not be looking good. Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 642Mar 16, 2015 6:51 pm Hey Mat87 let's just hope the bank guarantees happen before the end of March, then maybe we might have hope of possible April/May registration. From your mouth to God's ears for our homes to be built by Christmas! Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 643Mar 16, 2015 7:11 pm I'm glad they have provided more of a time frame, and provided more info about the VPA and bonds ect, the last update before previous was April/May for stage 43, and now it's April, I'd say Cornish and Council have done a lot more to ensure that there is not a repeat of stage 33... so far they have been mostly true to their word, yes there is a bit of a delay, but if we register before our sunset dates it will be awesome x Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 644Mar 16, 2015 7:40 pm FirstHomeOwner180486 I'm glad they have provided more of a time frame, and provided more info about the VPA and bonds ect, the last update before previous was April/May for stage 43, and now it's April, I'd say Cornish and Council have done a lot more to ensure that there is not a repeat of stage 33... so far they have been mostly true to their word, yes there is a bit of a delay, but if we register before our sunset dates it will be awesome x When does your sunset date expire FirstHomeOwner?
