We are going to commence building later on in the year. I need someone's advice who were in the same situation as we are.
We're the last people to build in our street we have neighbouring property's around us. Thr boundary where our garage wall will be there is already a wooden fence.
In our tender it States it's up to the client to remove any existing fences for which the length of the garage will be plus one meter on either side.
So if I read it correctly as the garage is 6m its my responsibility to remove 8m of the existing fence? Don't the builders remove the existing fence generally??
Any advice in regards to fences on the boundaries and building with Carlisle please advise. Much appreciate it
Hi you will have to remove it and when it's built and you've received the keys you will have to put the fence back up at your expense.
