Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Building a Sekisui house Now Holmesville 601Jul 13, 2016 5:12 pm Look at that progress! If they continue with that pace, they will be done in no time. I've looked at the house also being done by Sekisui not too far from us, its a single storey and based on my observation they didn't stop until they finish the bricks. I'm sure they will do the same with yours.
I have added heaps on electrical, I have prefered warm white on all downlights except for study, laundry and garage. I guess it all comes down to own preference. Re: Building a Sekisui house Now Holmesville 602Jul 13, 2016 9:46 pm mim_feher This is the east side of the house, also notice meter box, am I right in assuming this is just a temporary box? That meter box don't look too attractive, looks like it is nicely wedged in and staying for good. Better get referral from Epaul, vivmak, clintdb or yvonneh. Praying your bricks will be finish by Saturday before raining day on Sunday. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81624 Re: Building a Sekisui house Now Holmesville 603Jul 13, 2016 10:06 pm shazaw mim_feher This is the east side of the house, also notice meter box, am I right in assuming this is just a temporary box? They have now done approx 2/3 of house upto approx 1.5m and it appears they where also there straightening up the frame. Keep waiting for the illusive frame invoice, but not 100% sure if all the trusses are now complete I am sure it will arrive once required work is complete. sekisui build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060&p=1573965#p1573965 Building a sekisui house in Holmesville NSW viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060 Re: Building a Sekisui house Now Holmesville 607Jul 17, 2016 9:34 pm Bricks continue, and so far this is one of my favourite pictures.
