When did your plans get submitted to private certifier vs you getting them back? They only took 10 days so now I just have to finalise the colours so my CSO can submit them for covenant approval and we are all good to go. But the colours have been a nightmare for me. Off white mortar - $360 Long towel rails - $30-50 to extend very cheap Deluxe caesarstone to kitchen and bathrooms - Kitchen was about $650 and bathrooms were very cheap at about $90 per vanity top, however you have the noosa 23 mkII which has a longer vanity and may affect the pricing. Bronze carpet - ours was about $652 for the whole house, you'd be around the same price. make sure you upgrade your underlay ! Will confirm silk covering per sqm once I have the number confirmed.
