They are open on Saturdays (or at least were when we were selecting) - best check their website. You can drive past and have a look at a large scale sample in different lights to see which colour you'd prefer. You can also go and visit Studio M on Saturdays to help plan for your selections. Welcome to the club Orpheus Building the Metricon Glendale 38|Sydney Re: Metricon Glendale 37+ 67Oct 19, 2015 6:32 pm Oh dear..... had an arborist come in and have a look at the hugh Oak tree in our front garden. She's worked with Ryde council and doesn't think they would agree to having it removed. Some ideas she threw in so that the tree can stay were: flip the house (losing light in our family & study) move the house back, (losing out on garden) have the house jacked up on stilts so the slab doesn't impact the roots. Of course we wouldn't know for sure until after DA (aka post paying our 5% deposit, council fees and landscape) if council would approve the tree removal and if M could make any required changes..... Would love to be able to get council approval before paying the deposit.... Any ideas/help.... Feeling at a very low point. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78995 Build thread - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78995 Re: Metricon Glendale 37+ 68Oct 19, 2015 6:36 pm NRyde Glendale37+ Oh dear..... had an arborist come in and have a look at the hugh Oak tree in our front garden.
