I can't believe they are talking about the end of October and even November! Surely the will be done early September! Do you know if titles are ready for stage 1 and 2?

The ad shows stage 4, which is definitely not titled yet. I like the price gains though! I called Benlor Real Esate today. They said that Stage 1 and 2 had the council compliance done last week, so titles for that would start coming through in a couple of weeks. They said stage 3 and 4 would be complete and titled in September. Hey Logan, I don't who told your builder about October/November but I'm hoping they are wrong...... ![]() Regards, JB Re: 30 Thirty Estate 64Aug 09, 2010 4:18 pm Hi JB, It was actually Benlor that told her that but it is really strange how the dates are different. So I guess if we analyse the situation you can deduce that the best case scenario would be September and worse case would be October/November!!! I was also really surprised when I heard the news from her considering Stage 1&2 were nearly done when she had called. Anyway, I will take your news any day. Let's hope they keep to it. Went to the site today and they were not doing any work on Stage 3&4. They do have a few street lights up though. Regards Logan Re: 30 Thirty Estate 65Aug 09, 2010 7:24 pm Hi Ivan The big room sounds like a great idea. We only have the one at the moment but hope to have more in the next few years - no way my 10 year old would share with a new baby though ![]() School and creche drop offs would be exhausting but I suppose you almost need two incomes to get this great Australian dream ![]() I can't wait to hear if you guys get the go ahead soon! Btw, checked our docs and realised we actually brought into Stage 7 - yikes! Lisa Re: 30 Thirty Estate 71Aug 31, 2010 2:22 pm ![]() I guess you just get your tape measure out and start measuring. I reckon stage 1 is titled now as I saw some site fences going up over the weekend. Hi JB, Yes was down there as well this weekend and saw the fences up. Was really excited ( even though I wished it was mine, patience is a virtue I guess). Spoke to Benlor last week as well and could not get a firm committment from them but they are hopeful to have stage 4 titled by end of October providing the weather plays along. He mentioned that stage 1 has been titled and awaiting settlement, stage 2 is close to being titled and they are currently still doing earthworks on Stage 3, Stage 4 will follow after this. Well the good thing is to see that there will be some building starting in the Estate. We have waited so long and there should not be far to go now...... I hope. Regards Logan Re: 30 Thirty Estate 73Aug 31, 2010 3:45 pm Is there anybody on the forum from Stage 1 who are now doing the settlement ? Wanted to know if there are any surprises/shocks at settlement time, like extra $$ being added, I heard that few estates have added land taxes and council fees (pro-rated from the time the deposit was paid) to settlements. Stage-1 folks we would greatly appreciate your response. Re: 30 Thirty Estate 74Aug 31, 2010 9:20 pm ![]() ![]() My solicitor asked me to check the lot size if it's matched with the subdivision plan. How I do it? My lot is in stage 5. I guess you just get your tape measure out and start measuring. But how I can measure it? Can I go inside when they are doing the earthworks? Also are there marks where each lot divided? Did you measure your lot? Thanks Re: 30 Thirty Estate 75Aug 31, 2010 9:48 pm ![]() ![]() ![]() My solicitor asked me to check the lot size if it's matched with the subdivision plan. How I do it? My lot is in stage 5. I'd be pretty surprised if they got it wrong though. Also, I haven't measured mine yet. I guess I should do it though.... just to make sure.
