A & E's Panorama - Settling in... and LOVING it!

Just rec'd a phone call from our admin person at Henley with an update on a few issues. We've been asking for a while now about having the water tanks connected to the laundry in addition to the WC's, and we're still waiting on an answer. We've been told it's something they dont offer (in VIC anyway), but we keep asking, as surely they can get a quote for it. So... she rang me again to clarify exactly what it was we wanted... washing machine directly connected to water tank... and will go back and ask again.

We're yet to sign our building contract, as we're waiting for a few more changes to be made to our drawings and the tender needs to be updated too. Once this laundry issue is resolved we should be ready to sign... BUT we're waiting until after July 1st to get the extra FHOG. Our land isn't titled until August, so we're in no hurry. I was happy to hear though that she had forwarded our current drawings onto the developers for their approval (they meet forthnightly or monthly - not sure which?) but it's nice to see she's thinking ahead.

One last thing... she advised that our construction time may drag out because of the amount of builds starting at the same time and the strain on all the tradesmen.
