Cheeky, up_springfarm_creek. Must have felt unreal actually driving to your block! Hopefully soon, we can all do that.

Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 590Mar 12, 2015 8:04 pm I asked Cornish the other Danielle said she wasn't sure if it was council or LPI that did it, so I'm not too sure... Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 591Mar 12, 2015 9:06 pm Parkview_rs Please let us know race to stage 43 i asked our solicitor yesterday and they said they had no update. my fingers and toes are crossed though.. only 20 days till April Hi Parkview_rs, I saw my conveyancer earlier this evening and showed her the email we received from Colin. I asked if she could contact Cornish Group's solicitors and she informed me that Marsden Law Group (Cornish Group's) solicitors would not have any idea about possible registration; apparently Marsden's only know when registration may occur once Cornish Group lodge paperwork with the LPI; then they subsequently contact the purchaser's solicitors/conveyancer as to registration date. My conveyancer stated that it roughly takes between 2-4 weeks for the paperwork to get signed off once lodged with LPI; and therefore based on the information in the email, she thinks that our land could register in April, but realistically she seems to think it will probably occur in May. Unfortunately, even our solicitors/conveyancers cannot provide us with any additional information as to what we already know. However, my conveyancer seems to think that she should receive an indication of when registration will occur by April. We just have to wait and see what the next update will bring. I wish I had a more concrete update........hopefully within the next few weeks, we are not too far off from April Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 592Mar 12, 2015 9:31 pm Danielle won't know about that, she's not the best person to talk to or deal with. Street numbers are already established and should be in your land purchase contract. Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 593Mar 12, 2015 9:36 pm I have lot numbers in my land contract? Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 594Mar 13, 2015 4:56 am Thanks race to stage 43 lets all just stay positive .. if we know the DA number we can contact the lpi but i doubt cornish group will hand that over. Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 595Mar 13, 2015 6:50 am Parkview_rs Thanks race to stage 43 lets all just stay positive .. if we know the DA number we can contact the lpi but i doubt cornish group will hand that over. You're welcome Parkview_rs. I forgot to mention that my conveyancer said that as soon as they are notified of possible registration, they will be provided with the DA number so we can track progress. As you said, let's all stay positive and continue updating each other, particularly if any of us come across new events surrounding registration Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 596Mar 13, 2015 8:56 am Hey guys, I just spoke with Michael at Council as they allocate the street numbers, unfortunately they have not been allocated as yet.. Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 597Mar 13, 2015 9:40 am Fingers crossed that's not a bad sign - that info was available well before registration previously. Maybe they're doing it differently now but it was information in contracts and known a long time before registration. Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 598Mar 13, 2015 9:52 am I don't think it is, Michael advised that street numbers are not allocated until the subdivision certificates are through council, given that they are nearing completion with Cornish they have not been submitted or processed as yet by council... Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 599Mar 13, 2015 9:59 am Oh okay, fair enough. Doesn't matter either way, as long as you have it when you move in. Friends knew theirs like 12mths or more before they even started building, hence why it seemed strange this info was not available yet Re: Spring Farm Riverside *Stage 42 - Ridgeview* 600Mar 13, 2015 10:51 am hey guys I have made a facebook group for sharing photos and finding neighbours and a chance to all get to know one another in a more closed environment anyone is welcome to join https://m.facebook.com/groups/140828730 ... =typeahead Soak wells and electrical run in happening this week!
