I cant speak for the ones who have had theirs finished recently like me but It seems qld builds get completed very quickly and under the contracted timeframe, unlike NSW which im not sure why. Im very happy with the quality and post handover service. My ss is still replying to my emails for minor issues. We went with a double height brick which is not everyone's cup of tea, but I think the suit the acreage type homes. Re: Coral Homes general build thread 5430Sep 20, 2016 6:45 pm Hi people, we are off to the Gold Coast Thursday for our colour appointment. We checked the showroom out a few weeks ago and i quite liked one of their sinks that was an upgrade and it had a chopping board and drainer that fitted into it. Wondering if anyone has upgraded their sink and remembers how much it was. I know it will depend on what sink but any idea will be great!! Re: Coral Homes general build thread 5431Sep 20, 2016 6:46 pm PGH will also post you sample bricks if you ask them, we got one delivered to check it out.
