Yes they are sublime teak. It looks a bit darker than the one they have displayed at the showroom but might look lighter once the stone is on and tiles done. Heres another pic. We have sublime teak in our kitchen and it does look alot lighter, maybe its just because its a darker room than the kitchen? _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 553Mar 25, 2017 7:07 am NicMac03 BrownDog77 Wow it looks fantastic! I just went back to the beginning of yr thread & realized we have the same tastes exactly Im hoping our budget will allow for organic white for bathrooms but if budget doesn't permit will choose osprey too can I ask did you have to retain any of your block prior to building? We have about same fall also haven't got up to yr cut & fill stage yet & last question was it a lot to upgrade to vinyl (did you go top of the range?) we were originally quoted $1800 but that was for the more $ones TIA Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 556Mar 25, 2017 7:33 am BrownDog77 NicMac03 BrownDog77 [quote="NicMac03"][quote="BrownDog77"]Wow it looks fantastic! Silly me! Ive heard on here it wasnt too bad price wise so i should have asked! We will need a retaining wall along the back corner where they cut but we can do it after. We are a rural block so we have plenty of room to add some fill to the front/side to reduce the slope down so we wont need a retaining wall there. With our vinyl planks we are paying the full price for our flooring as we couldnt get a flooring promotion because we are doing the reduced elegance promotion. So all up our flooring was about $6k planks and $3k carpet. Good luck with your colours, look forward to seeing your choices Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 557Mar 25, 2017 7:38 am NicMac03 BrownDog77 NicMac03 [quote="BrownDog77"][quote="NicMac03"][quote="BrownDog77"]Wow it looks fantastic!
