Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 544Apr 12, 2015 10:22 am Hi Hitman .. who are you going ahead with for concreting? And if you dont mind how much is it costing you for Aggregate? Just wondering with your blinds did you just measure off plan or did someone need to come in to take actual measurements? Thanks! Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 547Apr 13, 2015 9:18 pm row_007 Hi Hitman. Looks like its all coming together! Just wondering with your blinds did you just measure off plan or did someone need to come in to take actual measurements? Thanks! Hi Row, House plans are great to get some rough quotes from blinds companies, but typically the window measurements will vary in reality from the plans. So for the perfect fit, I highly recommend your custom made blinds are based on measurements taken from the actual windows (obviously once they're ready to measure)! Thanks, Naomi Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 548Apr 14, 2015 12:08 am row_007 Hi Hitman. Looks like its all coming together! Just wondering with your blinds did you just measure off plan or did someone need to come in to take actual measurements? Thanks! Sure is!! We took our plans in and got a quote on the spot then they come and do a final measure to get exact dimensions. Our blind people didn't charge extra even though some of our blinds were a little larger than the windows measurements on the plan. Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 549Apr 14, 2015 12:38 am Blinds almost done Mixture of venetians (bathroom and toilet and laundry), verticals (stacker slider), day and block out rollers (lounge, dining, kids tv area, theatre room [day only]), sheers for master and kids rooms, and block out curtains for kids rooms, master and floor to ceiling in theatre which I just need to track and hang! Concreting for front of house starts on Wednesday yippee!!!! Got internet today too, 100Mbps velocity and loving it although it's been wired to the house incorrectly by Henley, no patch rail no hub no f-type connections for tv/foxtel hopefully they fixing it all though. I've been looking for someone building with Henley that used an internal grey scheme so it could help me decide on what I want. Definately going to borrow some ideas It's looking great Building the Marina Q1 with Henley 03.08.15 - Site Start 14.08.15 - Slab 26.08.15 - Frame 23.09.15 - Lock-up Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 555Apr 14, 2015 10:57 am Mind if I ask how much these curtains set you back? $1,500 - $12,500 is massive! Who'd you end up going through in the end, I wouldn't mind getting a quote from them too. Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 556Apr 14, 2015 8:18 pm Blinds from Melbourne Blinds were $2250 and consisted of - Day roller blind in theatre room - Day night roller blinds in dining, living and kids tv area - vertical blind on stacker door - Venetian blind on tiny width ensuite window The curtains were done rather cheaply through spotlight sales and my mother in law made them up. I installed all curtains and all but one of the venetians. Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 557Apr 16, 2015 9:45 pm Driveway was poured today!! So I did the nature strip. They also had left over Tuscan topping and dropped us 7 dingo buckets full!! All for free!! Oh and on the weekend my father in law asked them if they would clear our nature strip of all the rocks and rubble and building waste for $20 while they had the dingo there and they said no worries and took it all away!! Even Henley wouldn't do that and they were our builder!!!! Hi, If you give a set of criteria as to what means 'good' to you, it'll give others prompts to respond. We considered Henley early on but there were two factors that… 1 12674 |
