Most important. Take pics of the electrical when they are in and where they are in the wall. So that you won't hit them later on when doing things like mounting tv on wall etc. And pics of where the metal structural columns in the wall are even if they are in the cavity cause you never know you might hit it if that's near where you want to put a/c controls etc. Re: WREXTER's BUILD (WA) - ROOFING TIMBER FINISH - Pics pg 2 530May 17, 2011 9:55 am Hey wrexter, your tilers have started, there is like 5 of them up there, at the rate they are going they will finish it in one day Built with Scott Park Homes in Stage 10 Aubin Gardens Re: WREXTER's BUILD (WA) - ROOFING TIMBER FINISH - Pics pg 2 531May 17, 2011 10:19 am I wonder if they are the same afghans they tiled our place. I've asked them to replace every light fitting with a clipsal '413s' so that after handover i can place my own llights. Having a clipsal 413 is great because its already switched up and ready to go, just connect lights to it. Im planning on running downlights, and you can run up to 8 downlights off 1 clipsal '413'. i.e. the bedroom will have its own '413' which is activated by the wall switch. I install 4 downlights in the ceiling and connect it to the '413'. Joe Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. If you haven't sorted this already you need to caulk this gap.
