BL- Coral - Grange 26 - Week 21 - its like a lottery

Oh Ryan it was you then.... Pete told us today he’d seen our SS at another Coral and he was yr 3rd SS

It does make me angry as my cousin is a SS for a prestigious builder in Perth that builds amazing million dollar homes and yes they have issues but not like C seems to have & these are their designs & plans!!!! I must admit excitement has gone -hoping once we move it will come back

& I promise I’m going to come visit you & bring some bubbles and get your new home mojo back when you move in too

your home will be amazing and your fam will love it once yr in

hang in there.... but our SS is pathetic he did some ******* MJH homes too & it’s a shame for the poor guys that do the right thing. Today he didn’t have a leg to stand on.... it was actually quite amusing watching him try squirm his way out of it all with no where to go & what makes me the angriest by far is that not once has he ever said to us “I’m really sorry this has happened -not once”

I know and they should have apologised they should have! I hope you do get exited when you get in!!! I’m hipeinf we will get to know when pci is soon. Yes Peter would know us well too I think we got his number from you guys. Last time we had pci our ss didn’t even have plans on him lol

All 3 of us have the same SS....Cant believe he is allowed to practice in the Industry...... He just asked me to reframe from any further contact threw him via email. bahaha I wrote back it would be my pleasure to 'Refrain" from any further contact "through" emails with you and perhaps you could also not do our handover....... He didn't appreciate me calling him a disgrace to not only the company but building industry as a whole I think nor thanking him for making peoples dreams come true......(I think I snapped today, I usually am quite controlled but today I totally just lost it) Thank god for my CSO she is actually awesome and was even calling the bank for me today to try help. Shame the one responsible for our dream homes doesn't have any care factor......

Such an arrogant pr!ck... We stopped dealing with him months ago but our woes are still ongoing. I really hope both of you get through this as soon as possible.

Omg wow yep I don’t think d@vid should be in the industry at all I think he will most likely be doing our pci. 😬when my husband saw him in the shops he pretty much said I can’t talk about your house. Lol I’m over how we all have been treated they honestly need to take responsibility for their actions it makes me so mad as they have given a bad name to the building industry. I’m still waiting for an email back from the National building manager not too worried as we are meeting with him again Thursday this is the 3rd time he has come to our house in the last 10 weeks.

coral lake none of them are worthy they hire muppets that have no idea about the regulations I don’t know how this company has survived I really don’t. I swear they have lost so much money on our house but all because they have idi@ts running the show.

Gosh Ryan I hope he can resolve things quickly for you.

Are you meeting with W? I just can’t believe if I hadn’t called the certifiers today we would still be trying to get a non existent interim cert with no possibility of handover next fri

I doubt anything on our pci list will be fixed now before we move in. Can you name and Shame someone at fair trading to prevent anyone else having to endure him? Glad I will never have to see him again....

Yes Teralba are you Morrisset? He had the cheek to mention living in a caravan at our pci

can’t remember context ... I think I was trying to work out how he could possibly still have a job in this industry

we don’t even have the correct weep hole protectors for our bal and when I asked him if the weep hole protecters placed in our house were the same ones he placed in all bal 12.5 he wouldn’t answer me. So if you have a fire bal check everything has been included in your build too. He clearly takes lots of shortcuts.

We have been in contact with fair trading ever since contract expired December last year. They can help us as we are still in contract apparently and I rang fair trading to pretending I was a new person looking at building with them. And no complaint on record yet we have made a complaint so I don’t know at what point it gets recorded puzzles me

We have been in contact with fair trading ever since contract expired December last year. They can help us as we are still in contract apparently and I rang fair trading to pretending I was a new person looking at building with them. And no complaint on record yet we have made a complaint so I don’t know at what point it gets recorded puzzles me

They only publicly register legitimate complaints if the defects are not rectified within the due date. We lodged our complaint, FT gave them four weeks to rectify and they did with one day to go. Not 100% happy with the job but good enough. BUT there is a long list to go. I will lodge complaints one after the other to FT if they do not get done.
The national Manager is a smooth talker and that's why he gets paid the big bucks but really it's only talk... They do try and wear you down hoping you'll just give up.
Stick to emails with SS and CC the area manager, State manager, National Manager and your CSO into all of them.

hooray -no welcome package (they forgot) and no “we are sorry it’s taken 9months to build a single storey off the plan design)

but at least our days with C are over & would I recommend them??? Haha never ..... not in Newcastle anyhow
