Thanks Ryan Re: BL- Coral - Grange 26 - Week 21 - its like a lottery 479Jun 04, 2018 4:03 pm PCI done took 3 1/2 hrs (not sure what it normally takes) I would say our SS will be glad to never see us again chk blue dots people they just get removed, also chk BAL requirements we paid for things in contract that haven’t been included.... SS clearly knew this by look on his face when I raised these items with him. Also chk your fascia we clearly have corrosion on most of it...... Will be interesting to see colourbonds response when I call them about it good news locked him into handover 15th hilarious thing is he tried to tell us it was a lot of work to do in that time frame...... perhaps if you had actually been fixing these issues over the last 4months we would have a care factor Re: BL- Coral - Grange 26 - Week 21 - its like a lottery 480Jun 04, 2018 4:37 pm BrownDog77 PCI done took 3 1/2 hrs (not sure what it normally takes) I would say our SS will be glad to never see us again chk blue dots people they just get removed, also chk BAL requirements we paid for things in contract that haven’t been included.... This is were our problem will be. we had a PCI on the 28th of March and in know there are still things they have ignored that will just be brought back up it wont just go away. our last pic went for 4 hrs nearly we had so many issues it was not funny. Now nearly 10 weeks since then and they still have not fixed all the issues. But I still will not accept it not being fixed. Have you got D@vid as you ss if so that who we have and he knows nothing I have no idea why they have unskilled people in their business. We told our ss the one we had back before Christmas that our wall was not straight in our ensuite but he refused to deal with it back then but look at us now 65 weeks in our build and still no sign of our second PCI. It makes me so angry that they treat their clients like this. They give the rest of the building industry such a bad name. Brown dog was it exciting seeing your home today there is not one ounce of me excited what so ever. You should pressure clean your roof first and make sure the paint you buy also is anti mould. 4 21177 Hi Everyone I learned something this week that I thought would be worth sharing. In NSW a lot of developers of subdivisions put covenants on the land which normally… 0 6915 No the fireplace doesn’t work. It’s been enclosed. I’m not sure what was removed, as it was done quite some time ago - well before what I can see with photos online… 2 12024 |
