I can't believe your boys were refused entry. I didn't think the trades did that.
They told them that "Health and Safety only allowed contractors in" I know what I would of said if they had tried to pull that line on me.

I would have chosen solid doors, but as we have no window in the study I needed them to supply some light to that area. My Build, viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64837 Re: Burns Beach. Content-Living. Ninja Triggy, photos 464Sep 17, 2014 4:12 am triggy I'm considering glazed doors between the laundry and scullery bit for the same reason. The doors was meant to be able to shut off the laundry if visitors around so will probably have to go obscure glass or film as you for your bedroom! Re: Burns Beach. Content-Living. Ninja Triggy, photos 465Sep 17, 2014 3:27 pm Well the garage has been taped of and framed for the grano. Still no sign of my cupboards but they have called me today and said they are definetly going in this week. My Build, viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64837 Re: Burns Beach. Content-Living. Ninja Triggy, photos 468Sep 17, 2014 3:49 pm we've done frosted doors for our theatre and scullery, purely to let light thru to the rooms next door (hallway and kitchen). And they are just something different to look at too. Look at all that storage space in your linen, very nice! Re: Burns Beach. Content-Living. At the moment i've got 3 linen cupboards and an under stairs at the moment. I'm worried I'm not gonna fit all my crap in. ![]() Re: Burns Beach. Content-Living. Ninja Triggy, photos 470Sep 17, 2014 8:04 pm That's a great sized linen cupboard. It's something we should have thought more about. Although we've got plenty of other space we don't have very much linen space. Re: Burns Beach. Content-Living. My linen cupboard in this house is a double door pantry! I'm going from that to 3.6m of full height sliders down one wall of our laundry - it's going to be 3/4 empty! Re: Burns Beach. Content-Living. WHERES MY KITCHEN???? 472Sep 18, 2014 11:48 pm I swung by the house today and actually managed to get in. Not that there was much to see other than the laundry from inside not through a window. Still no sight of my cabinets. On a good note, we got our grano down in the garage.
