Looks like they are not ashamed. SS doesn't update Client liaison officer properly, due to which we are suffering.
Our house is so near completion but we still haven't got a tentative date. So that we can plan accordingly. I feel my Client liaison officer is not managing it properly. Once she updated me that flooring will commence next week, and when I visited the property same day, floor was already there. There are many instances like this. I think builders like Mimosa would have better customer service.
