We didn't make many alterations except for the vanities & paint colour but we noticed that they hadn't changed some of the structural walls that makes the Leon into the Westbury, so because they're structural we have to see if we'll be charged for changing them. Kind of annoying because our SC convinced us it would be exactly like the Westbury at no cost. We'll just wait & see. How stunning do they look?!?!?! Man, we have awesome taste Progress is sloooooooowwwww.....painfully slow. Our variations that were supposed to take 48 hours ended up taking 2 weeks & then they were wrong  . So, now we're waiting again (since last Monday) for them to correct them. This admin stage is seriously doing my head in but I'm trying so hard to be patient. MySimonds kind of suggests that the build will start 29/06/16. So I have this little dream that the reason they're taking so long getting back to us is because they see that date & know they have a few weeks up there sleeve (I'm in denial that it still has to get through council before that date). But, those beautiful splash back tiles are making the wait all worthwhile. How are you going? Any update on the titles for your block? Re: Our Simonds Build - Leon/Westbury 50Jun 06, 2016 9:54 am We had the same trouble with our variations, I made a list and emailed it to our CRC because it seems like it never got through, but it definitely took a while - luckily we had all the time in the world while we wait! Haha. I think it's just the communication between the departments gets confusing, I know when we asked for our electrical plan changed it took weeks, but they had about 800 variation jobs to do, so there must be just one group that changes the plans and what not (and when the electrical plan variation came back it was still wrong, but close enough!  ) We nearly have a road now  so hopefully not much longer! Oh yes I did see that in your inspo pic. That will be gorgeous though!! They probably have to put something so it's up to code.. But they don't have to do the full section up to the cupboards I wouldn't think..
