Building the Bermuda 23 (In Frame Stage) by Porter Davis in Livingstone , Cranebourne East Re: Livingston estate Cranbourne East- porter Davis Vienna 2 43Aug 04, 2015 11:16 am Did you change any of the design options on the Bermuda 23? I like the idea of the Grand Rumpus and the Alfresco. I want a home theatre in my house and the lounge size is ok but on the smaller size. I really like the London 21 as well Re: Livingston estate Cranbourne East- porter Davis Vienna 2 44Aug 04, 2015 7:36 pm I've heard a lot of people go with New Homes Inspections. I believe Darbecca are quite good too Re: Livingston estate Cranbourne East- porter Davis Vienna 2 45Aug 04, 2015 10:17 pm I'm undecided on whether to get inspections or not. Porter Davis have a good reputation but at the same time you still wonder. Are all of you going for independent inspections? Re: Livingston estate Cranbourne East- porter Davis Vienna 2 46Aug 05, 2015 8:00 am We might be going for inspections for one or two stages..depends on how much we can afford how about you guys.. Re: Livingston estate Cranbourne East- porter Davis Vienna 2 47Aug 05, 2015 8:05 am Yeh I thought about that but it is an extra expense in what is already taking so much money it's if you can afford it. Me being an electrician and working in the industry I think I should be able to spot anything major but if u don't have experience in the industry and can afford it that maybe it's worth it least for the frame stage Re: Livingston estate Cranbourne East- porter Davis Vienna 2 48Aug 05, 2015 8:09 am Ok so if frame stage is quite critical, we'll go for it . yeah as we have no connections with the building industry, we need to be extra cautious at this point.. thanks for ur suggestions Ben Re: Livingston estate Cranbourne East- porter Davis Vienna 2 50Aug 06, 2015 1:27 pm Hey Guys , Thanks for the inputs on inspection. Has the fencing been removed? We got to visit there last Saturday but fencing was still up. Manage to sneak in from one of the corners without realizing the condition of land LOL. We literally left our shoe prints there and ended up with so much mud in our shoes that I had to drive barefoot while coming back Building the Bermuda 23 (In Frame Stage) by Porter Davis in Livingstone , Cranebourne East Re: Livingston estate Cranbourne East- porter Davis Vienna 2 56Aug 14, 2015 9:54 am We are stuck in a loop where bank requires some document from builder which builder can only provide once the construction starts and the construction won't start before loan approval.. Hopefully, it will settle down soon.
