I'm excited to have a library but I already know it's still not big enough, haha Jen (& Dave) Plantation Bronte, Ormeau Ridge, Gold Coast QLD 12/03/2015 - Commencement... 26/08/2015 - Handover! viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76446 Re: Plantation Bronte, Ormeau Ridge QLD 46Apr 01, 2015 5:14 pm This week's only progress Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ ——— Sent from Tapatalk My build thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76446 Jen (& Dave) Plantation Bronte, Ormeau Ridge, Gold Coast QLD 12/03/2015 - Commencement... 26/08/2015 - Handover! viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76446 Re: Plantation Bronte, Ormeau Ridge QLD 47Apr 01, 2015 7:38 pm Looks great so far! I thought you would of been in council for sure since you got your island bench ect sorted out. Re: Plantation Bronte, Ormeau Ridge QLD 57Apr 02, 2015 1:07 pm Tribe7Oh what a pain in the butt, so if they aren't going to site next week have they given you a new slab date? I read the forecast too and it rain, rain and more stinken rain. Not yet Tribe7. I guess because of the forecast they're taking a wait-and-see approach. I hope they appreciate how patient I'm being - I'm sure they have plenty of clients jumping up and down about delays despite the fact they have no control over the weather! They emailed me yesterday the work plan for the next 2 weeks but forgot to attach the document and I jokingly asked if that meant they had nothing planned due to the weather, haha. I'm blaming myself because at the start of the build I was telling everyone that the worst thing that can happen is they do all the drains and conduit and then we get rain rain rain because that means the slab prep has to be redone around the drains - so of course that's exactly what happened! ![]() Jen (& Dave) Plantation Bronte, Ormeau Ridge, Gold Coast QLD 12/03/2015 - Commencement... 26/08/2015 - Handover! viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76446 Re: Plantation Bronte, Ormeau Ridge QLD 58Apr 02, 2015 3:36 pm Oh what a pain! I guess thats the upside to where I am, it's a regional location so much much drier and weather doesn't tend to cause problems like that. Hopefully once they do start they will catch up somewhere else so you'll see lots of progress in a short space of time Re: Plantation Bronte, Ormeau Ridge QLD 59Apr 02, 2015 4:25 pm Got confirmation that the slab pour has now been rescheduled for the 14th of April. It's not normally this wet at this time of year. Oh 5 weeks is a long time your doing well being so patient Hi everyone, Is anyone here building with Ausbuild at Somerset in Park Ridge?
