Re: Redink 41Feb 23, 2015 4:29 am Good luck - and I agree re the wine! We have a direct route via the 'activity' to the wc planned too Re: Redink 42Mar 06, 2015 6:46 pm Hi Gilbert106 - how're your plans coming along? We've been told we'll have final drafted plans on Monday - hopefully we're almost there! Re: Redink 43Mar 06, 2015 7:06 pm Hi, You will be happy about that. We have signed off on our prestart so it is ready to go into drafting. Hubby has a question about the pad in the wet areas as we are getting our own tiler in, so that is holding things up. Our prestart lady left Redink today so we are gutted as she was really good. Re: Redink 46Mar 06, 2015 8:31 pm Did u get a refund for wet areas if you are doing yourself Gilbert106? I'm wanting to do floor tiles in laundry myself as kitchen n laundry join. Only prob is I've already completed Prestart Re: Redink 47Mar 06, 2015 8:49 pm Yes we got a credit for the tiles Have you already signed off on your Prestart? Re: Redink 48Mar 06, 2015 10:20 pm Yeh we signed off already, Prestart was couple weeks ago. Only now decided that we wanna remove tiles and do ourselves. Bit worried we won't be able to now as already signed. Argh. Re: Redink 49Mar 07, 2015 7:11 am I'm so pleased for you that things are progressing, I must admit I'm really rather excited about the whole proper build bit starting soon (hopefully!). Re: Redink 50Mar 07, 2015 7:57 am We can't wait to get started. It takes so long to get through the office. Robarcher, you may have left your run too late if you have already signed! I would still ask the question though Re: Redink 51Mar 07, 2015 10:27 am Yay I got a email saying that I can remove the floor tiles but not the wall tiles, which is good. Just got to wait now for final documents to come through. So many changes to still be made. just want to get to slab stage. Re: Redink 54Apr 24, 2015 8:06 pm Finally the application for our building permit is going in next week so fingers crossed we will have a slab in the next 6 weeks......... Re: Redink 55Apr 24, 2015 8:07 pm robarcher_83 Hi Gilbert106, Any progress yet? Getting any closer to starting? Hi, Sorry I never realised you had messaged me until mow. Hopefully within 6 weeks we should have our slab down. How are you going? Re: Redink 56Apr 24, 2015 9:05 pm Hi, that's all good. Oh yay that's good. Did RI tell ya approx 6 weeks? Still nothing for us. have to pay a first progressive payment tho. Did u get a email stating that As well? And got building permit. Re: Redink 57Apr 24, 2015 9:16 pm robarcher_83 Hi, that's all good. Oh yay that's good. Did RI tell ya approx 6 weeks? Still nothing for us. have to pay a first progressive payment tho. Did u get a email stating that As well? And got building permit. They said we should have our building permit in a couple of weeks then we will do our earthworks which will only take a few days. They said slab will go down as soon as once earthworks are done. I'm hoping it will be less than 6 weeks No progressive payment as yet and they won't be getting nothing until we have a date for the slab booked. Re: Redink 58Apr 25, 2015 11:34 am Oh really. We received our building permit couple weeks ago. But still no word on when slab goes down. Only email saying file in scheduling which takes 3-4weeks. Then goes to construction stage. But we need to pay 17K deposit claim now before slab stage. Re: Redink 59Apr 25, 2015 1:23 pm Gilbert106 robarcher_83 Hi, that's all good. Oh yay that's good. Did RI tell ya approx 6 weeks? I was told end of May beginning of June for slab so fingers crossed The Permit takes approximately 10 working days to receive. As soon as you have completed your Earthworks if you could please forward me the Base Inspection and Engineers Compaction Certificate for us to be able to commence with the Slab |
